Although Dr. Shahin Assadnia is a board certified vascular surgeon, he does a lot more than just surgery. He and his staff of experienced healthcare providers treat conditions of poor circulation in the blood vessels all over the body, with the exception of the brain and heart.

 

At East Tennessee Vascular Center, we'll help you manage your vascular condition with a personalized treatment plan, which may include diet and exercise recommendations, as well as medicine to decrease the risk of blood clots. In some cases, Dr. Assadnia may perform catheter-based procedures, which don't require traditional surgery to treat diseased veins or arteries.
